The SAM® OnScene Patient Assessment Guide is a durable, water-proof, write-and-wipe note pad containing essential assessment questions for the most common emergency calls. Frequently questions can be answered by yes or no or by circling a selection. This product, supplied with a "Sharpie®" permanent marker, is easily cleaned with a cloth dampened with alcohol or an alcohol swab. The 4" x 8" guide fits in jean pockets or thigh cargo pockets. Also shown in the picture to the right with the OnScene Guide is the OnScene Knee Board. For those who don't seem to have enough hands, the knee board secures to the thigh by a wide elastic strap and Velcro™.
